Audio Air

Materials: Exhaust tubes, ventilator, dehumidifier, microphone, speaker, cast, hose, water tank.

The work consists of air transported through a ventilation system from first floor down to second floor and is being condensed within a white box. From here it drops out of a pipette down into a sound proof box installed with a microphone which enhances the sound. The interval of the dripping depends on the density and level of humidity in the air. ‘Audio air’ is an ’air based’ audiovariation directly generated from the conditions of the environment.
